Building Strong and Effective Boards for Competitive Corporate Governance
A solid corporate governance is a competitive imperative for companies.
The role of Boards is becoming ever more challenging as the business landscape grows increasingly complex and uncertain.
In that context, we believe Boards enhance their impact considerably by being more diverse, more curious, more courageous and more collaborative.
Above and beyond their regular duties of oversight, challenge and support, successful Boards constantly explore and address emerging topics early, like sustainability, AI, HR and others.
Next to gathering relevant complementary expertise, a strong Board is a coherent assembly of individuals in search of excellence, with exemplary ethics and common values of trust and respect.
