Our vision

Governance weaknesses have often been a root cause for corporate failures. Similarly, missing to fully imbed sustainability in defining new strategies will most certainly drive firms into severe problems.

Environmental issues, such as climate change or the collapse of biodiversity, will frame more and more corporate strategies, both in terms of risk management and identification of new business opportunities.

Social issues, such as diversity or inclusiveness, will strengthen companies in terms of creativity, talent attractiveness and client positioning.

The corporate stakeholders, clients, employees, shareholders, lenders are scrutinizing more and more the capacity of Boards and Executive Teams to grab these dimensions and build sustainable strategies accordingly.

Our mission

Support Boards continuously improve their governance and effectiveness, as a team and as individuals, including with a complete onboarding of the sustainability dimension
